| 【 要旨 】 | 本邦でのオンラインHDFの特徴としては，central dialysis fluid delivery system（CDDS）の採用，前希釈大量補液オンラインHDFが比較的多く施行されていることなどがあげられる．CDDSで透析液汚染が生じた場合，複数の透析装置に影響を及ぼす危険性があり，透析液清浄化は重要である． 清浄化ラインではRO，多人数用ETRFの設置，そして適切なサンプリングポイントよりの定期的な検査によるシステムのバリデーション（validation）が必須である．オンラインHDF装置では2連のETRF，1時間当り18 l以上の補液ができる補液ポンプも必要である． |

| [ Summary ] | On-line HDF in Japan is divided into two characteristics. One is CDDS (central dialysis fluid delivery systems) and the second is pre dilution HDF systems. With CDDS, the contamination of dialysis fluids influences many dialysis mechanisms. Hence, the purification of dialysis fluids is very important for proper CDDS treatment. For adequate purification of dialysis fluids in CDDS, implementation of RO (reverse osmosis) and ETRF (endotoxin retentive filter) systems with large surface areas is essential. Additionally, validating purification of dialysis fluids when employing CDDS through periodic examination of the purity dialysis fluid samples from sampling ports is essential also. Dialysis mechanisms for on-line HDF must have a series of two ETRF and infusion pump systems with infusion ability of more than 18 l/hour. |
