| 【 要旨 】 | フランスでは，リミテッドケア，イコール自己刺針のイメージが，リミテッドケア導入へのブレーキとなっている．医療費抑制政策のなか，従来のケア付き透析と比較して，リミテッドケアのコスト・パフォーマンスでの優位性が注目されている．医療者側は，十分な指導と，看護師の必要時のヘルプ体制をアピールすることにより，メーカー側はより針痛の少ない技術製品を開発するなど，患者を精神的に物理的にサポートすることが導入への鍵を握る． | |

| [ Summary ] | "Auto-dialyses" in France is defined as less medical stuff, or medical examination or consultation are required by law, what we call "limited-care dialyses" in Japan. It is economically better treatment. For many patients, needling by oneself is the biggest fear, therefore it should be helped by medical stuff or the development of painless needle in order to get rid of this block. | |
