| 【 要旨 】 | 臨床工学技士の業務は生命維持管理装置の操作と保守点検であり，各職域のスタッフと連携をはかり，業務を的確に遂行することが重要であり，安全かつ適正な医療を提供するためには，医療スタッフの教育と安全意識の向上が求められる． 血液浄化領域では1980年から透析技術認定士制度が実施され，透析従事者の社会的地位向上ならびに透析技術の発展に寄与してきた． 日本臨床工学技士会では一定レベル以上の実力をもち，指導的立場にある臨床工学技士を対象とした血液浄化専門認定技士制度を設定し，2008年度内から実施する予定である． |

| [ Summary ] | The responsibility of clinical engineering technologists is the operation and maintenance of medical equipment. Improving education and awareness of safety by medical staffs has become more important in providing safe and proper medical treatment. The hemodialysis technologists' authorization system was implemented in 1980 and has contributed to improvements in the status of these individuals, as well as improvements in overall hemodialysis treatment. The Japan Association of Clinical Engineering Technologists (JACET) is developing a hemodialysis specialist authorization system. This system will qualify clinical engineering technologists who have the capability of achieving upper grade level status. JACET is scheduled to implement the hemodialysis field authorized specialist system in 2008. |
