【 要旨 】 当施設では，看護業務が全体としてもっとも効率的に行えるように，試行錯誤しながら看護師の勤務表を作成しているが，結果的にはその日の患者の看護必要度を反映している．今回当院では，異なる2種類のツールである「透析室看護必要度分類表」と「血液透析患者の看護の必要量」票を用いて，患者の看護必要度を評価した．次にその評価に基づいて，看護業務がもっとも効率的に行えると思われる看護師の勤務表を作成してみた．その結果，われわれが試行錯誤しながら作成している勤務表により近かったのは，分類項目がより具体的な「血液透析患者の看護の必要量」票に基づくものであった．

[ Summary ] In our facility, the work schedules of nurses are determined by trial and error, so as to provide the most effective nursing care. These schedules are set by the nursing requirements for individual patients.
In the present study, nursing requirements for individual patients were measured using the two different forms reported on elsewhere. These were the Nursing Requirement Sheet and the Patient Critical Level Sheet. The best working schedule for nurses was determined on the basis of nursing requirements for respective patients, measured with the proper sheet. As a result, the best work schedule with the Patient Critical Level Sheet was shown to be closer to the schedule decided on by using trial and error.
