【 要旨 】 PD ＋ HD併用療法は，現在，日本国内で広く普及しつつある新しい透析療法であるが，保険の請求方法をどうするのかが大きな問題であった．1998年の官報に，PD ＋ HD併用療法の保険請求は，腹膜透析 (CAPD / APD) 療法の枠で行うことが明示され，問題となっていたHDの部分は材料料として請求できることとになり，現在に至っている．

[ Summary ] PD + HD combination therapy is a new dialytic therapy becoming widely used in Japan. Insurance claims for this method have, however, been an issue.
Insurance claims for PD + HD combination therapy, within the framework of peritoneal dialysis (CAPD / APD) therapy, are stated clearly in a 1998 publication. The aspect of HD which has been an issue concerns claims for material costs.
