【 要旨 】 本邦における在宅血液透析は，専用装置がないため施設で用いている装置を使用しているのが現状である．海外においてはAksys社のPHD，NxStage社のHFが在宅用として紹介されている．PHDは在宅血液透析専用機として開発された装置であり，HFは施設での血液濾過用装置として開発されたが，在宅での使用に有効な装置として紹介されている．本邦では日機装社がHome hemodiaiysis system-concept 1 (HHDS-C1) を開発中である．

[ Summary ] There is no device produced in this country exclusively for home hemodialysis. The PHD made by the NxStage company and the HF made by the Aksys company are exclusively home hemodialysis devices. The PHD was developed exclusively for at-home hemodialysis. The HF is a device developed for filtrafion of blood. It is also effective for home hemodialysis. The Nikkiso company is developing the Home hemodialysis system-concept (HHDS-C1) in this country.
