Regarding renal replacement therapy (RRT), the prevelance of dialysis treatment is greatly influenced by the socio-economical conditions from country to country. Therefore, to review the status of RRT in Asian countries, we need to take into account the continent's huge economic contrasts between the poorest countries in the world, developing countries and developed countries. We report on the current status of Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, and India. |
