| 【 要旨 】 | 1960年代に普及し始めた透析療法は，多くの職種とともに，40年を経過した．透析分野における看護師の役割を考えると，その業務内容の拡大，多様化があげられる．透析室におけるチーム連携はもとより，診療科や病棟・外来をはじめ，院内のさまざまな部署との連携，あるいは地域や介護部門との連携などが重要な業務となりつつある． 透析看護における臨床実践能力は，患者が安全で安楽な透析を実施できることや，透析を行いながらより健康的に，自己実現を目指し生活できるという患者にとっての成果を生み出すために必要な看護者としての総合的要件である．多様化する患者に対して日々の患者ケアの評価や，看護計画などに対し，専門的な技術と知識を用い，その対応能力を整理し経験を積むことが必要である． |

| [ Summary ] | In 1960 dialysis therapy was introduced in Japan. Since that time, medical professionals have assumed various roles in dialysis therapy. Therefore, the responsibility for and diversity of nursing care in dialysis therapy has increased. It must also be noted there is a great deal of importance related to team based care in dialysis departments. We need to emphasize the importance of communication between other departments in hospitals, local communities, and the other social structures to help our patients with dialysis therapy. Clinical skills in nursing care for patients receiving dialysis therapy require the ability to ensure the safety of procedures and maximize patients' comfort while receiving dialysis. Moreover, expert nurses need to assist their patients in achieving individual goals in improving quality of life. It is critical for expert nurses to have specialized knowledge and skills concerning dialysis therapy, including clinical assessment skills and planning adequate nursing care for patients who have different needs. On the basis of that specialized knowledge and skills about dialysis, expert nurses are required to have the ability to assess individual patients and apply that knowledge and those skills in any clinical situation and learn through their clinical experience in order to increase their competency in dialysis therapy. |
