| 【 要旨 】 | 患者の権利を尊重し，患者と向き合える看護者を育てるために，今，看護基礎教育では何を求められているかを，ケアリング教育と倫理教育の視点から概観した．患者に対し，全体的なアプローチをし，ケアリングできるように教育するには，患者がイメージでき，患者が体験していることに近づく教育方法が重要であり，臨地実習では，「経験型実習教育」を行うことが望ましい．また倫理教育では，卒業後の臨床現場で，複雑な倫理問題に向き合うための「考える力」を育成するための教育が望まれている．ケアリング教育も，倫理教育も，患者主体の質の高いケアができる学生を育てるために重要である． | |

| [ Summary ] | To educate nurses to be able to make general approaches to patients and to treat them, it is essential to adopt educational methods so that they can understand the state of patients' health and more closely understand what they are experiencing, it is desirable to conduct “Experimental Training Education” for their field of study. Moreover, Ethical Education aimes to improve “thinking ability” to help care givers be able to face complicated ethical issues concerning clinical practices after completing their schooling. Caring Education and Ethical Education are important to inform nurses, to help them be capable of providing high quality care, and focusing on patients' needs. |
