| 【 要旨 】 | 新潟県中越地震では，停電，断水，水処理装置の破損などにより，3施設の血液透析患者約340人の透析治療が不能となった．長岡地区では，透析医が中心となり自主的に患者の受け入れ先を確保し支援体制を整えた．早期に受け入れ先が明確となり，被災地の患者に大きな混乱はなかった．地方自治体，行政，マスコミは情報収集と提供，患者搬送の支援をした．また，日本透析医会災害情報ネットワークは，刻々と変化する情報を被災地内外に提供し支援した．さらに，新潟地区や県外の透析施設では，入院透析患者の受け入れと透析スタッフ派遣を行い，遠方から被災地を支援した． | |

| [ Summary ] | After the Mid Niigata Prefecture Earthquake in 2004, treatment was unavailable for about 340 maintenance dialysis patients at three dialysis providing hospitals. This was due to power failure, suspension of water supply, and water processing unit damage. Dialysis doctors in the Nagaoka area arranged for patients to be accepted at other dialysis hospitals the next day. Since the dialysis hospitals where patients were moved accepted them in the early stages of the crisis, the dialysis patient in the stricken area were not neglected. The hospital administration, through the use of mass communications, supported necessary data gathering and made offers to help with patient transfers. On the homepage for disaster information of the Japanese Association of Dialysis Physicians, the latest information was provided for dialysis hospitals in the stricken area and other areas. Dialysis hospitals in the Niigata area and outside the prefecture supported the disaster relief from outside the stricken area. With these hospitals cooperating, dialysis patient's treatment was insured and the necessary dialysis staff member were dispatched. |
