| [ Summary ] |
In order to organize an effective process for patient education, we improved the standardized clinical pathway for patients who are in hospital to begin hemodialysis. In the clinical pathway, we utilized a of events. By using the clinical pathway, we achieved the following things : (1) improving the process of patient education for introducing hemodialysis ; and (2) to confirm the most effective process for patient education based on the sequence of events. We think that a clinical pathway based on a sequence of events is very important to assure effective patinet education. |
