| [ Summary ] |
We described the establishment of a risk management system and a cooperative relation ship for acute blood purification therapy. First of all, it is important to improve the health care environment for acute blood purification therapy, although the risk of accidents can be relatively low in acute blood purification therapy compared to chronic cases. Secondly, all the staff members, such as doctors, nurses and clinical engineers, must be familiar with acute blood purification therapy. Their mutual collaboration allows us to establish a system of cooperative medical treatment. |
