【 要旨 】 透析アミロイド症における薬物療法の位置づけは小さく，かつ補助的である．透析アミロイド症においては予防がもっとも重要で，そのためにもbeta2-microglobulinの代謝をできるだけ正常に近づけ，腎不全病態 (尿毒症や酸化ストレス状態など) を改善することが必要である．十分量の透析の施行，生体適合性のよい透析膜の利用，透析液の清浄化などが透析アミロイド症治療のなかで大きな比重を占めていると考えられる．

[ Summary ] Prevention is very important because drug treatment of dialysis amyloidosis is very difficult at the present time. We think it is important to reduce beta2-microglobulin and improve uremic states for prevention. Dialysis dose, the use of biocompatible membranes and ultrapure dialysis fluids play important roles in the treatment of dialysis amyloidosis.
