[ Summary ] |
The need for patient information to be shared came about because it had previously only been transmitted verbally. In our hospital, measures were taken to record patient care plans and progress records on the same page. We discussed many occupational descriptions and decided on rules for joint record keeping introduction. Consequently, information sharing systems have been developed, allowing effective cooperation within medical teams. |
