| 【 要旨 】 | 当院では開設当初より，人工透析監視装置システムによるコンピュータでの血液透析の管理を実施してきた．昨今，医療現場のコンピュータ化も進み，活用次第では業務の合理化や省力化が可能になっている．また，透析情報のIT化によって，過去の情報が蓄積され電子媒体という方法での情報の保管が可能になってきた．複雑な看護業務をIT化することにより，効率的に規則的に情報が整理され，それらの情報の活用の幅も広がると思われる．しかし，IT化を進めるには，コンピュータシステムの管理者が必要であり，急速に向上していく関連ソフトへの対応と費用の問題，情報を確実に保管するシステム作りの構築など乗り越えなければならない課題がある．コンピュータアレルギーのある看護師へのコンピュータの知識と技術指導の継続や，看護記録の略語の統一化なども，今後果たさねばならない課題の一つと考えている． | |

| [ Summary ] | At the present time, the term information technology (IT) is very familiar to Japanese and personal computers surround around us. We have managed many kinds of information in our HD clinic since its establishment. However, we can not use computers as conveniently or freely as we would like. Data concerning ESRD on HD can be kept on a hard disk, MO disks, CDs etc. If this is not done, the records are kept in some "forgotten box". "IT" will make many nursing jobs simpler and more useful. A system administrator will be needed on our staff. Cost reduction must also be considered. Many problems have not been solved yet. Nurses are many times not good at computer operations. Training and education for this technology, and standardization of terminology in nursing must be implemented. |
