| 【 要旨 】 | 長期透析患者の合併症対策として，透析定期検査値が発信する兆候を確実に把握し，検査結果を透析患者と医療スタッフに伝達・開示するため，検査結果値を容易に分析し，かつ蓄積できるMedical Information New Technology (MINT) システムを開発した．本システムでは検査結果値を入力すると検査値を自動判定し，異常値に対して自己管理を促す患者向けコメント，注意を呼びかけるスタッフ向けのコメントが検査結果に付加されて出力され，早期診断に有用なシステムである．また，パソコン仕様の透析診療マニュアルを作成し，容易に診療支援を行えるよう考慮している． | |

| [ Summary ] | The "Medical Information New Technology" (MINT) system was developed to provide examination results to the medical staff and hemodialysis patients. This system also stores clinical data. An evaluation of clinical examination data which has been input, is automatically performed. The staff and patients then receive printed results of analyzed data with comments calling attention to abnormal values. The MINT system is useful as an early diagnostic tool. In the future, the MINT system will evaluate the results of analyses and interact with a computerized dialysis treatment manual that will recommend a protocol to support treatment and prevention of hemodialysis related complications. | |
