【 要旨 】 高齢新規透析導入患者，糖尿病性腎症による導入患者や長期透析に伴って発症する合併症をもつ患者に，安全で良質な医療を提供していくために，透析療法に携わる看護師を対象に透析認定看護師を誕生させる動きがある．認定看護師には，透析医療に関する幅広い知識と豊富な実務経験のバランス，患者の気持ちが理解できる心を兼ね備え，医療チームの中心的存在になることを期待している．

[ Summary ] In order to supply safe and high quality treatment to patients suffering from a combination diseases caused by advanced age, diabetic nephropathy and or long-term dialysis, we are considering the qualifications for authorized nurses, specializing in dialysis, among nurses engaged in dialysis care.
We expect specialized nurses to take a leading role in medical teams, with their great store of knowledge, a great deal of practical experience and the sensibilities to understand how patients feel.
