【 要旨 】 | 病院機能評価を受けることは病院組織を活性化させる.実際に組織を活性化させるためには,以下の六つの点が考慮される. (1) 目標意識の共有,(2) 情報の共有化,(3) 教育体制の整備,(4) リーダーシップの発揮,(5) 人事考課の実施,(6) 適正な人員配置. 組織の活性化は,職員一人ひとりの活性化と同義語である.人事管理の適正化を中心に,有能な人材を開発することに力を注ぐことがとくに重要である. |

[ Summary ] | Receiving functional hospital evaluations activates hospital organizations. In order to activate an organization, the following six points are taken into consideration. (1) A share of target consciousness, (2) Informational share-izing, (3) Maintenance of educational organization, (4) Exertion of leadership, (5) Use of personnel performance evaluations, (6) Proper staff arrangement. The activation of an organization should follow the same guidelines as those for every individual staff member. We need to place our focus on the rational use of personal management. Therefore, the wise administration of management is important in the development of talented personal. |
