| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者は免疫能の低下により感染症を生じやすく，とくに口腔内は歯肉炎，歯周炎などを併発しやすい．さらに口腔乾燥症，口腔カンジダ症，歯肉出血などの口腔内異常を伴っていることが多い． 二次性副甲状腺機能亢進症患者のオルソパントモX線写真は，特徴的な所見が得られるので，評価するうえで有用である． 透析患者の口腔内はさまざまな変化を伴っているので，口腔の健康状態を維持することで合併症を予防していくことが重要である． |
