【 要旨 】 除水量制御機構には透析液流量計測方式，複式ポンプ方式，ダブルチャンバ方式，ビスカスチャンバ方式があり大量濾過を伴う血液浄化療法施行を可能にしている．また，透析装置の改良工夫はさまざまな形で進展し，血液透析中の循環血液量を非観血的かつ連続的にモニタリングできる装置も開発されている．これらの装置は透析中に起こる急激な低血圧や下肢の筋痙攣などの発症を未然に防止するうえできわめて有用であり，ベッドサイドコンソールと本装置を組み合わせた透析装置も開発されてきている．

Title Monitors for ultrafiltration (UF) control

[ Summary ] There are several types of UF control systems to remove excessive water from dialysis patients, such as the "Volumetric Dialysate Balance", the "Double Pump Balancing", the "Double Chamber Balancing", or the "Viscous Fluid Balancing" types. These balancing systems enable high flux dialysis and hemodiafiltration. Two types of blood Volume Monitoring (BVM) using light or ultrasound were introduced to establish a feed back UF control system for patients. Dialysis machines with feed back controls are valid for control of patient's circulation to avoid blood pressure drops beyond critical points and muscle cramps.
