| 【 要旨 】 | 近年，本邦においては抗酸菌感染症(とくに結核症)が増加傾向をみており，注目されている． 結核症は，およそ年間40,000人強の新規患者が登録されている．とくに結核弱者である高齢者，糖尿病患者，副腎皮質ホルモン使用患者，HIV陽性者，透析患者などにおける発症が大多数を占めている． 結核の集団発生，院内感染などが多発していることから，医療従事者には本疾患に対する知識のさらなる浸透，診断の正確性，迅速性が求められ，院内感染の予防，対策の充実をはかることが緊急かつ重要な課題となっている．透析医療の現場においても，厳格かつ的確な対応が要求されるのは当然のことである． |

| [ Summary ] | The recent increasing trend of mycobacterial infections (tuberculosis, in particular) in Japan has drawn much attention. Approximately at least 40,000 new tubercular patients have annually been registered. The majority are immunocompromised patients such as the elderly, diabetics, patients on corticosteroids, HIV-positivs patients and dialysis patients. Considering that mass out break and nosocomial infection of tuberculosis hava frequently occurred, medical professionals are required to acquire in-depth knowledge about this disease, accuracy of diagnosis and speed. Prevention of nosocomial infection and improvement of countermeasures are important, urgent issues. As a matter of course, strict and precise actions are also required of professionals engaged in dialysis therapy. | |
