| 【 要旨 】 | 難治性慢性関節リウマチ患者に血漿除去療法(福島県立医科大学第二内科)と顆粒球除去療法(16施設共同治験)を行った成績を報告する． 一重および二重濾過法による血漿除去療法では1～10回の施行で14例中10例に改善が認められた． セルロースアセテートビーズ充填G-1カラムを用いた顆粒球・単球除去療法において，終了2週後評価にて4回施行85例で50.6％，8回施行の79例で48.4％の改善が認められた． |

| [ Summary ] | Patients with intractable rheumatoid arthritis were treated using plasmapheresis at Fukushima Medical College or by granulomonocytapheresis in multi center clinical trials. With plasmapheresis, using the single or double filtration method, 10 out of 14 patients improved after 1 to 10 applications of pheresis. With granulo-monocytapheresis, using extracorporeal circulation with G-1 column containing cellulose acetate beads, the improvent percentages for 85 patients who received 4 treatments and 79 patients who were treated 8 times were 50.6% and 48.4%, respectively, evaluated 2 weeks after treatment. |
