| 【 要旨 】 | 介護保険制度の発足後丸1年が経過し，高齢者の在宅支援のためにさまざまなサービスが活用されてきている．透析患者も例外ではなく，長期化，高齢化，糖尿病性腎症の増加が指摘されるなか，今後も制度の利用者はますます増加することが予測される．しかし，現行の制度では，住み慣れた自宅や地域のなかで，治療を継続し，安定した生活を維持するための対策が未だ十分とはいえず，送迎サービスや介護施設への入所などに対する早急な対策が望まれる． | |
