【 要旨 】 | 医学の進歩に伴い,外来での維持血液透析も長期化し,多くの患者にhigh-flux膜使用による維持血液透析が実施されるようになった.この技術の進歩に伴い,患者栄養評価方法も患者のQOLに併せて,進歩してきたといえる. 今回はhigh-flux膜使用下における患者栄養評価を中心に私見を述べる. |

[ Summary ] | Recently, the number of standard dialyzers in use has been decreasing. High-flux dialyzers are thought to be used in over 80% of all cases in Japan. High-flux dialyzer have high-removal efficiency (=clearance), high ultrafiltration rates and, biocompatibility. But it is protein loosing membrain. Therefore, it is necessary to change the nutritional quality of and nutritional assessment for High-flux dialyzers used with patients. We will explain how should nutritional states and assessments are evaluated in High-flux dialyzer used for patients. |
