| 【 要旨 】 | 医師のみの力で維持透析患者の管理を行うことは不可能で，看護婦や臨床工学技士とともに透析医療チームを作り対応しなければならない．このチームのなかで医師に求められるものは，幅広い知識や技術のほかにリーダーとしての指導力である．透析医療チームを構築するうえで，看護婦や臨床工学技士，さらに薬剤師，栄養士，ソーシャルワーカーなどの役割分担を明確にし，お互いの仕事内容を十分理解させることは非常に重要なチーム医療の原点である．また，基幹病院の場合は，透析患者の合併症治療のため，他診療科との連携を密にし，円滑で能率のよい医療が行えるように努力する必要がある． | |

| [ Summary ] | Dialysis patients are treated by a medical team, not by a doctor alone, which consists of a variety of specialists. Doctors, in the medical team, are required to have good medical knowledge, skilful hand, and also leadership to manage the team. Nurses, clinical engineers, pharmacists, dietitians and social workers have their own roles designate by the doctor and the role of each member should be under stood by everyone. In mother hospitals, close communication with other departments is important for efficient treatment of dialysis complications. | |
