【 要旨 】 三次元CT血管造影法(3D－CTA)とは，ヘリカルCTで撮影した造影CT画像から三次元画像を再構成するものである．空間分解能を有すること，時間分解能をもたないこと，低侵襲性であることなどの特徴がある．この三次元画像はブラッドアクセスの走行を理解しやすいので，透析針穿刺時の参考になり，ブラッドアクセス再建術式検討の際には多くの有用な情報を提供してくれる．またインフォームド・コンセントの資料として用いると，患者の十分な理解が得られる．検査目的にかなった3D－CTA画像を構成するためには，症例の状態に応じた撮影条件の設定が必要である．

[ Summary ] Three dimentional CT angiography (3D-CTA) is a minimally invasive and readily available procedure for the management of blood access complications. Since it can display a comprehensive 3-dimentional image of the architecture of vascular systems, it is highly useful in evaluating blood access troubles and planning operative strategies. The fully observed vessels can also serve as reference points to decide where to place the needles to obtain the adequate blood flow for dialysis, and to obtain informed consent.
