| 【 要旨 】 | 高齢者の透析導入の増加，長期透析による高齢化や合併症の発症などにより介護を必要とする高齢者透析患者が増加している．そこで当施設において満80歳以上外来透析患者の通院状況の実態調査を行い，高齢透析患者が，外来通院を続けるには，地域性から家族の絶対的協力・支援が，とくに必要であることなどが明らかとなった． 今後，公的サービスによる患者送迎，社会資源の充実などが早急に望まれる． |

| [ Summary ] | Recently many aged patients with end stage renal failure have started on long-term dialysis. Therefore care for dialyzed patients has been more frequently necessary, in regard to the high population of aged patients and complications from long-term dialysis. We investigated the transportation of more than patientes over 80 years in age to our kidney center. In conclusion not only is family support absolutely necessary but general social support is also necessary for aging families. Transportation of aged dialysis patients by social and regional agencies and the cost of social responses should be planed for as soon as possible. |
