| 【 要旨 】 | 透析患者に対する薬の重要性は年々高まる傾向にある．しかし，患者が指示された薬を確実に服用するとはかぎらず，さまざまな要因から服薬ノンコンプライアンスは発生する． 患者が拒薬あるいは依存といった形で薬にこだわる場合には，身体面や心理面を含めなんらかの原因があることが多い．患者の行動を単に「指示に従わない」と決めつけるのではなく，症状や訴えの裏にある思いを理解し，患者の気持ちを配慮したうえでの指導が必要である． 当院における服薬調査の結果を報告し，特殊な反応を示した事例の関わりからカウンセリング的アプローチの重要性を述べた． |
