| 【 要旨 】 | 骨折した透析患者には，通常とは違った看護が必要である．透析による体水分量の変動が与える影響を考慮しなければならない．さらに，病室と透析室間の移動，体重測定や穿刺，止血などの特別な援助が加わる．一般に透析患者は予備能力が低く，骨折という事態が生命予後に重大な影響を与える恐れがあることを，われわれは理解しなければならない．とくに感染と廃用萎縮を予防することが大切である． 透析患者は骨折を起こしやすいが，その予防は透析看護の重要な役割である．転倒や墜落による骨折を起こさないよう環境整備に努め，日常生活への指導的援助が大切である． |

| [ Summary ] | The dialysis patients who have bone fractures need care,which is different general care, We must consider the effect that the change of body fluid quantity in dialysis produces. Special help such as movement between the sickroom and the dialysis room,weight measurement, injections, and reduction of bleeding must be considered. Generally, for dialysis patients, the extra abilities are low and we must understand that there is a fear of such events. Bone fractures, have a severe effect on the life long prognosis. It is especially important to prevent infection and disuse atrophy. It is easy for the dialysis patient to break a bone, therefor prevention is an important role for the dialysis nurse. It is important to make efforts to arrange the environment and provide guiding help for patients daily lives and, not to cause bone fractures by allowing patients to fall. |
