| 【 要旨 】 | 動脈側血液回路内に垂直に延びる垂直管を装着し，垂直管内の血液レベルを読み取り，さらに透析装置側のノイズを補正し，血圧として表示する装置を開発中である．牛血を用いた実験では，模擬血圧と動脈側血液回路内圧には正の相関があり，回路内圧より血圧を測定できる可能性が示唆された．4症例に対して160透析を測定した結果は，血液回路内と通常の血圧測定法で相関があったのは2症例であった．血圧低下が20%以下の変動率であった2症例は相関しなかった．これからの実験では血管の硬度，血液粘度などを考慮しながら研究実験をする予定である． | |

| [ Summary ] | We set a vertical tube in blood tubing to read the blood level and have been developing adevice to measure BP with corrections for the noise caused by dialysis machines. Our bovine blood experiment shows that mimiced BP is directly proportional to that inside of arterial blood tubing, which suggests the possibility of useing this interior pressure to measure BP. We measured four patients'BP 160 times using normal sphygmomanometry and found two patients out of four showed correlations between these factors. Two patients showed no relationship. They were those whose BP reduction rate was less than 20%. Taking into consideration the facts concerning blood vessel rigidity and blood density. we will proceed with this study. |
