| 【 要旨 】 | 家族が治療の開始や中止により深く関与せざるをえなくなるにつれ，家族も患者以上にさまざまな精神医学的問題を共有するようになった．サイコ・ネフロロジーの観点からは，透析導入期は最初の1年であると考えられる．患者だけでなく，家族の対象喪失の悲哀も支援の対象になる．家族のメンバーの数が少ないと，家族は別々に住んでいても，お互いに情緒的に拘束され，拡大家族のような機能をもちだした．家族のほうが精神医学的問題を長引かせることもある．離れて住んでいても，支援が必要な家族が増えてきている．治療の開始・中止の決定に関与せざるをえない家族へもメンタルサポートのあり方を再検討する必要が出てきた． | |

| [ Summary ] | As the family role on the decision making of their patient become more important, they had often similar psychiatric problems to the patient. Though family members live separately, they are react emotionally with each other as an extended family and often shares the same psychiatric problems as the patient. From the viewpoint of psycho-nephrology, the introduction time is considerd to be the first year, because various psychiatric problems related to grief and worry are easily induced by loss of some object after the start of treatment. We hope to prevent problems, such as depression and / or social withdrawal by the patient and family. Therefore, we must support family members and help them comprehensively cope with their problems in this first year of treatment. |
