| 【 要旨 】 | 汎用表計算ソフトはきわめて多機能で，表作成や計算ツールとして，グラフ機能による思考支援ツールとして，また簡易データベースとしてきわめて有用である．また，マクロ機能によりメニュー選択や対話形式入力が容易にでき，各透析施設に応じた手作りのアプリケーションソフトを開発することもできる． 当院での透析医療における表計算ソフト利用やアプリケーションソフト開発のおもなものとして，検査値を基にした処方計画，心胸郭比(CTR)を基にしたドライウェイト(DW)の変更検討，ヘマトクリット(Ht)とリコンビナントエリスロポエチン(rHuEPO)使用量のグラフによるrHuEPO適正量の推定，検査日管理による合併症対策，患者基礎データ管理と紹介状作成，Urea Kinetic Modelingソフト開発などがある． |

| [ Summary ] | Spreadsheet software is very useful because of its multiple functions. The software not only makes tables, but also calculates, and supports our thinking power with tables and graphs, and also has a simple database function. Furthermore, by using its macro functions, we can easily select orders from the menu and can operate a computer in dialogue. In addition, the software enables us to develop in-house application software. In our clinic, spreadsheet software program is used for various topics concerning dialysis therapy, such as, planning prescriptions based on blood chemistry data, alterations of the patient's dry weight based on CTR, an estimation of proper erythropoietin dosage by the graph of Ht and erythropoietin, a prevention of the complications with the management of examination dates, management of patient's fundamental data and making letters of introduction. Some application software including a computer program for Urea Kinetic Modeling, have been developed using spreadsheet software. |
