| 【 要旨 】 | 透析治療に高い再現性と安全性を確保すること，過去にない治療の質的向上をはかること，そして業務の合理化を求めるためのコンピュータ支援システムについて，その開発の経緯と現在市販されているシステムを紹介する． また，6年間の使用実績をもとに，コンピュータ支援システムの問題点として，マン－マシンインターフェイス，コンピュータ通信の活用，新しい患者監視システム，そして知的データベースの構築など多くの課題を乗り越えるためには，医療情報の標準化が急務であると考える． |

| [ Summary ] | We researched the ability of securing computer systems for use in dialysis treatment, which would achieve a high degree of reproducibility, which maintaining high levels of safety to the patient. Such systems, now on the market, have been influenced by both market demands for improving treatment, as well as business considerations. Based on the results of six years of use of such computer systems, we may observe the urgent need for their standardization. Other problems which need to be addressed, are those of the interface between operation and the machine, and practical use of information produced by such systems. |
