| [ Summary ] | More than one year has passed since the Product Liability Act was introduced. The stance on this act taken by manufacturers and users is not always consistent for many reasons. However, it is strongly desired that manufacturers and users continue to make efforts to pursue new technologies and products, without apprehension, respecting the philosophy of the act, and building a relationship between the two factions, with mutual incentives which will eventually achieve the goal of progress in medical technologies. |
