| 【 要旨 】 | CAPD患者は内部臓器障害者である．社会生活を営みながら生涯をとおして，本療法をセルフケアとして継続していかなければならない． CAPD患者の看護は，疾病をもつ患者の直接的な観察と看護だけでなくCAPD患者が，より良い社会生活を営めるように支援することである．具体的にはCAPD自己管理方法を習熟し，CAPD療法を組み込んだ社会生活の構築までを患者自身が展開できるように支援することである．そのため，実際の看護にあたっては専門的な臨床知識・技術・自己管理指導能力・カウンセリング能力(把握力・対人能力)・看護展開能力・医療チームのコーディネーター役としての能力が必要である． CAPD患者の看護は，その患者の個別性を尊重して，その人らしい人生が送れるよう専門看護婦として患者の生涯を通して継続し，支援することである． |

| [ Summary ] | CAPD patients have internal organ disorders and must manage this treatment for the duration of their lives. The nursing of CAPD patients includes not only the direct observation and nursing of patients, but also support allowing an improved quality of life (QOL). Specifically, supporting patients so that they can maintain their QOL with self-managed CAPD is an important aspect of care. In order to support patients with actual nursing needs, professional clinical knowledge, technology and the ability to guide self-management, counselling (understanding and negotiating), nursing expertise, and ability as a medical team coordinator are necessary. The primary duty of a nursing specialist, in caring for CAPD patients, is to continuously support each patient's life goals and respect their individuality, allowing them to live their own lives as independently as possible. | |
