| 【 要旨 】 | 日本腎不全看護研究会が1994年に実施した「透析看護における専門性についてのアンケート調査」より，本項では透析室勤務2,330名の看護婦の意識，意欲に関する結果を分析し，専門看護婦の教育について考察した．設問は透析看護継続意志とストレス，自己啓発，制度に関する18項目である．透析看護継続意志については，職場選択の動機に影響を受け，透析看護歴での継続意向は5年以上で上昇し，10年以上でさらに上昇がみられた．また，専門看護婦の必要性については7割が，資格については4割の看護婦が必要と考え，3割強が専門看護婦養成コース実現時，受講の意向を示していた．人工臓器患者のケアあるいはエンドレスケアという専門領域の立場からは，意識に関する動機づけ，教育システム，専門制度などは不可欠であり，個人の努力に依存した現状から，体系的教育プログラムの確立や現任ナースのステップアップの道が早急に望まれる． | |

| [ Summary ] | From the result of a survey on the consciousness of specialized nurses, which was conducted by JANN in 1994, I analyzed the consciousness and enthusiasm of 2,330 nurses in the dialysis unit and considered education for nephrology nurses. There were 18 questionnaire items pertaining to their intentions to continue working in the unit, their stress, the system, and self-enlightenment. Intentions are influenced by their reasons for selecting the job. The longer they work in the dialysis unit, the more they tend to hope to continue. Overall, 70% belive that specialized nurses are necessary, 40% want qualifications and more than 30% expresed their intentions to participate in a course which would be realized in the future. For raising their consciousness, systems of education and specialization are essential for this special field of patient care with artificial internal organs, which constitutes a from of life-long care. The establishment of systematic programs and the means of encouraging nurses to specialize is desired. |
