【 要旨 】 | 肺循環に関し,その要点を簡単に記述した.体循環とは解剖学的,機能的に異なり,また肺循環特有の低酸素性肺血管収縮,distension, recruitment等の現象について解説した.肺循環障害,すなわち肺高血圧症は,以下の四つのメカニズムにより惹起される.(1) 肺血流増大,(2) 肺静脈圧上昇,(3) 肺血管床減少,(4) 低酸素性肺血管収縮である.これら単独あるいは組み合わせにより肺高血圧は引き起こされる. |

[ Summary ] | The main features of the pulmonary circulation are plainly described here in. The structure and function of pulmonary vessels are extremely different from those of systemic vessels. Hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction, distension and recruitment regulate pulmonary circulatory hemodynamics. Circulatory disturbance of the lung, i.e. pulmonary arterial hypertension, is mainly associated with the following four mechanisms : (1) Persistently increased pulmonary blood flow, (2) Elevation of left atrial pressure (Pulmonary venous hypertension), (3) Decreased pulmonary vasculature, (4) Hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction. Pulmonary hypertension is caused by one of these factors alone or a combination of two or more of the above mechanisms. |
