It is understood internationally that for the investigation and care of hereditary cancer, good family history taking, registry of the family and renewal of the above are essential. Daily care of our patients with inherited predispositions to cancer revealed many problems. To improve these situations, several events, in particular recent developments in DNA-based technology, have contributed to clinical cancer genetics. In this paper, some international circumstances related to inherited colorectal cancer are introduced. It is also thought that less invasive technology will be introduced in the field of hereditary colorectal cancer. |
