[ Summary ] |
Recently, type 0-IIc colorectal cancer has rarely been discussed in academic societies and articles. The causes include the following: (1) variations in pathological diagnostic criteria, (2) difficulty in the endoscopic detection of small type IIc lesions with pathological high-grade atypia, (3) emergence of cold polypectomy, and (4) difficulty in estimating at the time of M cancer using SM massive cancer. Resolving these issues will help elucidate the significance of the existence of type IIc colorectal cancer. |
