【 要旨 】 「ベーチェット病診療ガイドライン2020」の腸管病変に関するクリニカルクエスチョン（CQ）は，「難治性炎症性腸管障害に関する調査研究班」との共同プロジェクトとして，腸管病変分科会メンバーで作成された．Minds診療ガイドラインに準拠して作成されているが，本疾患に関して，エビデンスレベルの高い臨床研究が多くないことから，システマティックレヴューは行われてはいない．すべてのCQのステートメントにおいて，腸管を含む各分科会ごとに，「10回の臨床機会において行われる回数」を基準に，メンバーが同意度に関する投票を行い，その平均値から推奨度が分類され記載されている．

[ Summary ] Clinical questions about gastrointestinal disease for the 2020 Behçet's Disease Guidelines were prepared by gastroenterology group members. The guidelines were established according to the Minds criteria for making practical guidelines, although the systematic review process was omitted because of limited evidence for this disease. Instead, for each CQ and statement, the group members voted with regard to how many times each would follow a given procedure out of ten opportunities. The level of each recommendation was decided accordingly.
