[ Summary ] |
There are two modes of narrow band imaging observation, such as blue laser imaging (BLI ; Fujifilm Co., Tokyo, Japan) and Linked color imaging (LCI). Previously, we reported on BLI-bright improved polyp visibility white light imaging using recorded polyp videos. Furthermore, recent multicenter randomized studies indicated the superiority of BLI-bright for polyp detection compared to white light observation. On the other hand, LCI is brighter than BLI-bright and has the possibility of improving colorectal polyp detection rates. We explain the efficacy of BLI-bright and LCI systems for polyp detection. |
