【 要旨 】 近年，クローン病の腸管狭窄に対する内視鏡的バルーン拡張術は，小腸狭窄に対してもバルーンアシスト下小腸内視鏡を用いて施行されるようになってきた．自施設でもダブルバルーン小腸内視鏡を用いて拡張術を行っており，その有効性と安全性は高い．またクローン病の治療は生物学的製剤の登場で変遷してきている．生物学的製剤使用に伴い生じる腸管狭窄に対しても，内視鏡的バルーン拡張術の併用は有用な治療法となりえる．

[ Summary ] Recently, we have begun to perform endoscopic balloon dilation therapy for small intestinal strictures in patients with Crohn's disease using balloon assisted endoscopy. In our hospital, we use doubleballoon endoscopy for endoscopic balloon dilation which can be performed effectively and safely. While, Crohn’s disease therapy has been changing after biologic agents emerged. On a case of progressive stricture of the intestine caused by biologic therapies, combination with EBD is supposed to be a useful strategy.
