【 要旨 】 結節性多発動脈炎の消化管病変の原因の多くは，閉塞性血管炎による虚血と考えられる．びらん，浮腫，潰瘍，重篤な場合は穿孔をきたしていた．類円形から不整形の潰瘍を呈することが多く，その非典型的な臨床経過に注目すべきである．

[ Summary ] Most patients with polyarteritis nodosa with gastrointestinal involvement (PNGI) suffer from gastrointestinal ulceration or perforation of the gastrointestinal tract, because of transmural ischemia due to necrotizing, focal segmental vasculitis.
