【 要旨 】 炎症性腸疾患が増加の一途をたどるなか，患者および一般臨床医の支援を目的に「クローン病診療ガイドライン」が発刊された．多種多様の内科的治療の標準的な診療指針が記載されている．今回は，その内容を明らかにし，個々の治療法についてup-to-dateな視点で解説を行う．

[ Summary ] The number of cases of inflammatory bowel diseases has increased. Protocols laid out in The "Crohn's Disease Clinical Practice Guideline" were published to support patients and general clinicians. The guiding principles concerning various medical treatments are indicated. We review the contents of these guidelines and clarify the information contained.
