| 【 要旨 】 | 虚血性大腸炎は，便秘，注腸造影あるいは大腸内視鏡の前処置に用いる下剤で発症することがある．また本邦での頻度は高くはないが，経口避妊薬内服中に発症することがある． 一方，腸間膜静脈硬化症はまれな疾患であるが，漢方薬の内服との関連が示唆されてきている． |

| [ Summary ] | Ischemic colitis usually occurres in elderly persons with arteriosclerosis. However, it may be induced by laxatives used for constipation or colorectal examinations. On the other hand, it is rarely induced by contraceptives. Idiopathic mesenteric phlebosclerosis is a rare disease. The pathogenesis of this condition is unclear at this time. However, its association with Chinese drugs has recently been reported. |
