| 【 要旨 】 | 炎症性腸疾患（IBD）の病態の分子メカニズムがひもとかれつつあり，病態に関与するサイトカインであるTNF，IL-23や，サイトカインのシグナル伝達分子であるJAK，接着分子のインテグリンを標的とすることでIBDの治療成績は向上してきている．今後は分子標的薬2剤を同時に用いたり，近年活発化している腸内細菌叢をターゲットとした治療法により，IBD治療はさらに発展していくであろう． | |
