【 要旨 】 近年B型肝炎ウイルスやC型肝炎ウイルスに対する抗ウイルス療法の進歩により肝発癌などの抑制効果が示唆されている．それに伴いB型およびC型肝炎ウイルスマーカー陰性の非B非C型肝癌（NBNC-HCC）が増加傾向にある．NBNC-HCCの原因として，肥満や2型糖尿病，高血圧などの生活習慣病の合併を伴う非アルコール性脂肪性肝疾患（NAFLD）の増加が挙げられる．また，未だアルコール関連肝疾患（ALD）も一定の割合で推移している．さらにNBNC-HCCのなかにはNAFLDやALDに分類できない成因不明の症例も経験する．本稿では，当院での検討をもとにNBNC?HCCの臨床的特徴や予後など，病理学的検討を踏まえ概説する．
