| 【 要旨 】 | 高アンモニア血症を生じる急性期の尿素サイクル異常症の患者のなかで，低体重やドナー適応者不在の理由により即時的な生体肝移植手術が困難な患者に対して，橋渡し治療としてヒトES細胞由来肝細胞の移植治療を行い，その安全性評価を行うとともに根治的生体肝移植手術が施行可能となるまで，高アンモニア血症による脳障害の予防や全身状態の管理を目的とした実用に向けた研究開発を実施している．医薬品医療機器等法に従い治験届を提出し，3症例の臨床試験を終了している． | |
