| 【 要旨 】 | 胃癌が関連する遺伝性腫瘍症候群は複数存在し，それぞれの遺伝表現型相関を理解することが重要である．遺伝性びまん性胃癌（hereditary diffuse gastric cancer；HDGC）において，2020 年8 月にアップデートされたInternational Gastric Cancer Linkage Consortium （IGCLC） clinical guideline では，HDGC genetic testing criteria を満たすもののCDH1生殖細胞系列病的バリアントが認められなかった場合，CTNNA1遺伝学的検査も考慮すべきであるとされている．特徴的な内視鏡所見と狙撃生検結果がきっかけでHDGCに至ったわれわれの経験事例も紹介する． | |
