| 【 要旨 】 | 大腸がん検診における検診・精検法として，大腸CT検査は大腸内視鏡検査を補完する立場を確立しつつある．それは大腸腫瘍性病変に対する十分な診断精度を有することについて，日米欧から数多くのエビデンスが構築されたためである．学会を中心として大腸CT検査の標準化に必要な制度作りが進められているが，標準的な読影方法によるトレーニングを積んだ読影医の整備，正しく検査を実施する診療放射線技師の育成，そして曖昧となっている読影範囲などの重要課題もある．大腸CT検査の標準化に向けた活動を継続してきた日本消化器がん検診学会で大腸CT検査技師認定委員会が設立されるなど，エビデンスに基づく大腸CT検査の標準化が急速に展開しつつある． | |

| [ Summary ] | This is a review to update quality standards for CT colonography based on evidence and a focus on its recent developments, technological improvements, and future standardization. CT colonography is widely disseminated in Japan and increasingly provided by both subspecialists and general radiological technicians. There is an urgent need to develop standardization of CT colonography and certification for specialists. The authors hopes this article will provide a roadmap for physicians, radiologists, and radiological technicians. | |
